3. Products & Services

Firecradle offers next-generation firewall appliances and related network-security software services. Use of Firecradle products is governed by a separate End User License Agreement (EULA) or service agreement entered into at the time of purchase or provisioning. These Terms govern use of the marketing website only and do not constitute a purchase agreement.

Free trial access is provided for evaluation purposes only. Firecradle reserves the right to terminate or modify trial access at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, screenshots, and software - is the exclusive property of TakeLAN LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our express written permission. Firecradle holds multiple patents in network security and firewall technology.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
