We also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL, via our self-hosted analytics platform (Matomo). This data is anonymized and never shared with third parties.

• Respond to your inquiry, free trial request, or demo scheduling
• Provision and onboard your Firecradle trial appliance
• Send you product updates, security notices, and relevant communications

3. Mattermost / Internal Communications

When you submit a form on our website, the submitted information is relayed to our internal team via our self-hosted Mattermost instance (hosted at chat.takelan.com). This is a private, self-hosted communication platform operated by TakeLAN LLC. Your data does not leave our controlled infrastructure through this process.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use Matomo, a self-hosted, privacy-first analytics platform, to understand how visitors use our website. Matomo does not share data with third parties and respects "Do Not Track" browser settings. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels are used on this site.

5. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law. If you would like us to delete your information, please contact us at the email below and we will respond within 30 days.
